サインを要求する場合、下記のガイドラインをお読み下さい。 上記の住所へ手紙を出し、返信を必要とされない場合は、この続きをお読み頂く必要はありません。
アメリカ合衆国ドイツ内にお住まいの方は、切手がきちんと貼ってあるかどうかやご自身の住所が記載されているか、更に、あなたのリクエストの手紙と写真が入っているかをご確認の上、ご送付下さい。（封書は最小11cmx22cmかそれ同等のサイズにてお願い致します。）
配達の段階で写真が折れないように、厚紙を一緒に封書に入れて頂いても構いません。その際、封筒には『Do Not Bend』（屈折禁止）と記入して下さい。返事は、大抵３ヶ月以降に届くことが多いようですのでしばらくお待ち下さい。
アメリカ合衆国以外の国にお住まいの方は、国際返信切手券を適切な枚数分同封下さい。

Mark Arm of Mudhoney TTM Success! - 2013年12月19日
I'm a major grunge fanatic. I love grunge music and Mudhoney is just as grungy as one can get. I discovered Mark Arm's fanmail address in the database here and sent out a fan letter with an index card and CD booklet. That was nearly two week ago. Today, I got the letter back with both the index card and booklet signed. The card was even personalized wishing me a happy birthday which is awesome! The picture is down below. Enjoy!

Mark Arm (Mudhoney) mega-success - 2012年1月14日
This is probably my favorite success ever!
On January 6, 2012, I attended a Mudhoney concert in Denver. I was always into them in high school and it was a pure treat to see them.
On January 9, 2012, I wrote a letter to their singer, Mark Arm, expressing how much I enjoyed the show and that I had always been a fan. I enclosed all my CD covers and mentioned Id like him to sign one or two of them, and that he could pick. I also enclosed a SASE and a flyer from the show.
Today, January 14, 2012, I received ALL my CD covers signed, as well as the flyer, as well as a personalized letter on Sub Pop Records stationery commenting on the shirt I was wearing at the show.
