Robert Clyde Jones (born December 18, 1951) is an American former professional basketball player who played for the Denver Nuggets in the American Basketball Association (ABA) and the Philadelphia 76ers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nicknamed "the Secretary of Defense", Jones won an NBA championship with the 76ers in 1983, was a 4-time NBA All-Star, an 8-time member of the NBA All-Defensive Team, and was the NBA Sixth Man of the Year in 1983.

Robert Joseph Jones (born February 10, 1970) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1993 to 2002 for the New York Mets and San Diego Padres. Jones posted double figures in wins each season from 1994 through 1997. He currently stands 9th on the Mets all-time list with 74 wins.
Jones and a partner have created their own barbecue sauce, called Sloppy Jons. He frequently cooks for local fundraisers. He is also a wine collector and has made different wines with his friends.
