I knew he doesn't usually reply to fan mail but decided to try anyway.
Sent: 16th August 2011; LOR, SASE and photo
Received: 20th October 2011; my LOR and my photo back in my SASE with a note saying that Bernard receives so much mail he can't reply to everyone. :/
