John Challis Failure - 2017年9月16日
Sent a LOR and a SASE, and 2 photos to the John Challis address in the database on 9th September 2017, received photos back unsigned along with a letter explaining that I had to include a blank stamped envelope as well. I'm going to try it again with that.
