I sent a letter roughly around 22nd September 2014 and recieved a personalised postcard by Jacqueline herself!
The post card reads:

Thank you very much for your lovely long letter. I am pleased that you enjoyed my books while you were growing up. Im pleased that you particularly enjoyed Lola Rose - its was a different book to write because it deals with very troubling issues. Im delighted that it inspired you to write your own stories. I sent her a book cover, SASE & LOR,
She signed my book cover and also sent me a postcard with a note
used address in database,

I sent a photo, along with an SAE and a LOR at the end of May. I recieved the photo back personally signed, as well as a postcard personally written to me and answering all the questions I asked in the letter!:O I got in back at the start of August.
