Fabulous Moolahに、ファンとして手紙やサインをお願いする場合の送付方法を教えて下さい。

サインを要求する場合、下記のガイドラインをお読み下さい。 上記の住所へ手紙を出し、返信を必要とされない場合は、この続きをお読み頂く必要はありません。
アメリカ合衆国内にお住まいの方は、切手がきちんと貼ってあるかどうかやご自身の住所が記載されているか、更に、あなたのリクエストの手紙と写真が入っているかをご確認の上、ご送付下さい。（封書は最小11cm×22cmかそれ同等のサイズにてお願い致します。）
配達の段階で写真が折れないように、厚紙を一緒に封書に入れて頂いても構いません。その際、封筒には"Do Not Bend"（屈折禁止）と記入して下さい。返事は、大抵３ヶ月以降に届くことが多いようですのでしばらくお待ち下さい。
アメリカ合衆国以外の国にお住まいの方は、国際返信切手券を適切な枚数分同封下さい。

2007年11月12日 - About 3 weeks ago I sent 3 index cards to The Fabulous Moolah and received all 3 back signed and inscribed. I got them in the mail two days before she died. Not that it will do any good but I used the addy in the database. More >>

2007年09月11日 - Radical here, Sent my book to Ms. Moolah along with a letter explaining that I didnt want to surprise her with an unknown package. She signed two pages, plus the bookmark I had placed. http://s235.photobucket.com/albums/ee302/The_Radicals_Autographs I used the address on here, that's why I sent a letter because, of the reason I explained above. I do wonder about that AnnaSophia Robb autograph if it's pre-printed or she really did sign that photo. So if anyone can get back to me on it, I'd appreciate it.
