英国内にお住まいの方は、切手がきちんと貼ってあるかどうかやご自身の住所が記載されているか、更に、あなたのリクエストの手紙と写真が入っているかをご確認の上、ご送付下さい。（封書は最小11cm×22cmかそれ同等のサイズにてお願い致します。）
配達の段階で写真が折れないように、厚紙を一緒に封書に入れて頂いても構いません。その際、封筒には"Do Not Bend"（屈折禁止）と記入して下さい。返事は、大抵３ヶ月以降に届くことが多いようですのでしばらくお待ち下さい。
英国以外の国にお住まいの方は、国際返信切手券を適切な枚数分同封下さい。
国際返信切手券は、受取人が英国の切手を購入する際に使用されます。 国際返信切手券は、お近くの郵便局で購入することが出来ます。国際返信切手券は、封筒に貼るのではなく、同封して下さい。 国際返信切手券に関して更に詳しくお知りになりたい方は、こちらをご覧下さい。。

2007年10月 4日 - I sent an e-mail via the "This Morning" website address on 09/08/07 requesting autographs of "Phil and Fearne" and "Eamonn and Ruth" but on 12/08/07 recieved only that of Phil and Fearne. Then, I got two seperate photographs of Eamonn and Ruth which were both signed and personalised on 03/10/07. Return address: The London Television Centre Upper Ground London SE1 9LT UK Very kind to go out of their way and send another one {up}

2007年08月17日 - Hi, I sent an e-mail to This Morning (mailto:thismorning at itv.com) on 09/08/07 and requested the autographs of Phil and Fearne and Eamonn and Ruth. On the 11th or 12th I received a nice signed photo of Phil and Fearne in the post (no Eamonn or Ruth included) which looks authentic and it's a pretty good success! Return address on the envelope was: The London Television Centre Upper Ground London SE1 9LT
