Used the Bill Bailey fan mail address on his website http://www.billbailey.co.uk/ , it gives clear instructions just to send a SASE and to expect to wait a month or so for a reply, so under 2 weeks isn't bad waiting time! I sent this for my sister because she thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread... and he is quite funny!

2008年07月24日 - Sent a SASE to his P.O. Box for an autographed foto as it suggests on his website on the 2nd of June and received back the usual PBJ on 24th of July 08. Lazyness more than anything, It says don't send any correspondance to this address as it wont be answered. Saved writing a letter!
