2008年04月18日 - I searched for Dylan Moran on the database & it was the PBJ Management address there, I just went to PBJ Management's website (also provided in the database) and sent them an email via the 'contact' section of their site.
I emailed them on 16th April & got the signed postcard today (18th April).

I think this is the first authentic autograph I've got from PBJ Management 
But the return address on it was the same as in database
