Got it in the mail today, I don't remember the address I used, but I got it from his site http://www.adamcarolla.com (the site is temporarily down).
He's my favorite comedian and podcast host. It took about a month or two, I sent him and index card but got back this customized 8x10. Seems legit

i sent a email to one of adam's people on his podcast show on his website and she forwarded the email to another person and today 3 months later, i got a autograph picture of comedian adam carolla.
