Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben (Bayern München) - 2012年5月17日 sent a LOR and a pic of each player and an envelope with my address (no stamp) on 5/5/12 and recieved back a hand signed player card of both players and my pics returned unsigned and a letter written in german inside basically stating that they only sign player cards.
took 12 days.
