I wrote to e-mail David Copperfield to the e-mail and got a reply from his agent:
"We received your request, and would be happy to send you an
autographed photo of David if you could please send us a self addressed
& stamped large envelope with the postage paid. The photo is 8.5x11
inches or 21.59x27.94cm.
Please send the envelope to:

I sent them a SASE on 25/01/2016 and recieve it today (25/02/2016)
