I sent a letter and SAE to David on: 28th September 2014, and last Tuesday i recieved this signed and personalized photo back from him, he used his own SAE, and didnt include mine, but still really happy.

Sent a LOR and SASE plus one photo, on the 15th of September 2014 and received two signed and dedicated photos today 2/10/14, so pleased with this success as im a huge fan of David! Such a talented guy.
