Yesterday, I got my index card back in the mail, signed by Dick Van Dyke. The address I used was Dick Van Dyke, 23215 Mariposa DeOro Street, Malibu, CA 90265. The request was sent on January 14, 2012 (49 days total).

About 2/3 months ago i sent a LOR, SASE, 2 VHS covers, a photo and index card to Dick Van Dyke and today I received all my items back signed with the index card personalised. Great success from a great actor!! I used the address in the database and the photos are below.
