I sent two photos, an LOR, and SASE and received my photos signed (one personalized) in my SASE. I've been going through such a long dry spell and this is my third success in three days!
The photos came back with my initials on the back. I'm guessing a secretary does that to match it to the corresponding envelope.

Garry Marshall (Legendary Director-Producer) Success!! :) - 2011年11月14日
Sweetness! Received a super cool reply from legendary Director, Producer and Actor Garry Marshall on saturday!!  HUGE fan of his incredible work and have spent many an hour watching the classic shows he helped produce & direct like ÂHappy Days  ÂMork and Mindy  ÂLaverne & Shirley and for my generation the ÂPrincess Diaries films with Anne Hathaway & Julie Andrews, which IÂm not ashamed to admit IÂve watched more times than I can remember. lol. 
I sent Garry three photos and custom card; I received two of the photos back with one inscribed ÂHappy Days to you! & the other he actually signed twice, I think because he thought the bottom one wasnÂt visible enough due to the darkness of the photo, so he signed it at the top too. So very unique!
He also signed my custom card, which appears to have came in contact with water or some liquid in the bottom right corner as the printer ink has blurred a bit, but signature looks awesome! He also used his own 6x9 envelope (which I believe he hand addressed personally), perhaps the water had ruined the SASE I enclosed. No sign of the 3rd pic I sent, so that could have suffered water damage too, but not sure. Either way, super happy to have gotten a reply! Thanks Garry!
