on 7/3/17 and received it back on 10/7/17. He didn't personalize it like I asked him, nor did he put the picture back in any of the protective folders I provided. He just stuck the picture itself in the bubble mailer and shipped it back. lol The picture was bent for days, but it wasn't too noticeable once I put it in a frame.
Crazy bastard. lol
