on 9/28/17 and received it back on 10/11/17. This was a gift to my older brother, and Ivan personalized it out to him, just like I asked.
He did, however, color out and sticker out his address on my return envelope, which was a new one for me. Hey, whatever makes him feel better. I'm just glad I got it back.

On February 12, 2014, I sent two 8x10s, LOR, and SASE to tennis great Ivan Lendl. On March 14, 2014, I received both photos back signed by Mr. Lendl.
