Yeah, it's a pre-printed.... none surprise because I knew he (or his secretary) usually send pp!

Got my pictures back (unsigned!), instead an preprinted mini photo with the note:
"Jensen appreciates all the love and support that he receives fom his fans. Unfortunately he is extremely busy and is unavaiable to personally sign pictures or answer any questions. Please accept the enclosed autographed picture".
Good fanwork!!!! What a shame!!!
