I didnt put his address on the return part because I was hoping I woulda got the Jerry Lewis stamp that my friend had gotten but I didnt so its empty but nonetheless here is the envelope:

very excited over these because I am a huge Jerry fan. Huge. That doesnt even begin to define how much he means to me. I also cant believe they were all personalized because that doesnt usually happen... SO yeah!!! He is the best there is!! |      |

I sent out my photos with a signature request on 8/19/2013 and received it on 9/12/2013. I sent it to the Jerry Lewis Productions address in Las Vegas. Very pleased with the quick response. |
