Jerry West Success - September 12th, 2011
Since this part somehow always get missed, I DO NOT scan envelopes. On August 26th, I sent a LOR, 8x10 photo and SASE to 2 time NBA Hall of Famer Jerry "The Logo" West. I received my photo signed on September 12th with HOF 1980 & 2010 added. I sent the request to the front office of the Golden State Warriors of the NBA.

Sent Mr. West a letter, 8x10, Sharpie, SASE on 7/20/11, addressed to: C/O Golden State Warriors, 1011 Broadway, 20th Floor, Oakland, CA 94607. SASE returned 8/18/11 with 8x10 signed. Sorry no scanner. |
