Sent a LOR, a SASE, & a 1991 Upper Deck card. Card was returned signed & personalized in blue ink. "Swing Hard!" & "HOF 2020" inscribed as well. This is one of the first autograph requests I sent when I started, longest turnaround I've had so far (486 days).
