Steve Raible Success TTM - December 29th, 2013 I know. Who? Steve Raible was a Seattle Seahawk receiver from '76-'81 and is now the play by play guy with Warren Moon here in Seattle. He also does the news. I sent an 8x10 I printed from a photo on the net and a LOR on 12=23-13 and received it beck signed with inscription on 12-28-13. He also wrote a personal not on my LOR and sent it along with the picture. Both address locations on the envelope are covered because I put my address in both places on return envelopes.
