I wrote a fan letter and sent a SASE along with a San Antonio Spurs Bumper Sticker, Mini Pennant, & $15.00 donation to the NBA Hall of Famer David Robinson on 4/18/10 and I got a response back from him on 2/4/11. He was nice enough to sign both the bumper sticker and pennant for me.
