I sent a letter and SAE to Steve on: 26th June 2012, and last Saturday I recieved this signed and personalized photo from him. 
address I used was:

but since this request was sent 2 years ago, on the back of the photo its got his new agents on it, its Macfarlane Chard Associates, just to update the database.
