I sent a LOR, SASE, and an 8x10 to Bob Barker (The DJ&T Foundation 200 North Larchmont Boulevard Suite 3 Los Angeles, CA 90004) on 8/24/15 and received it back with a nice inscription on 9/21/15.
The envelope had my name and address as the sender and recipient (SASE), so I'm not including a pic.
