I sent an email to his agency on 01.02, and they replied that they don't have any signed photos at the moment, but when they will have, they definitely send me one.
Today I recieved a hand signed card.

I used the "contact us" button on the Arlington enterprises website http://www.arlingtonenterprises.co.uk/ to ask if they accepted fan mail back in August (heard rumours they weren't anymore). I got a reply end of September stating it would depend on who It was. After requesting James May got this in the post a few days later
